ThE ATCUSA Annual general meeting for 2024 has been booked in

The Annual General Meeting for 2024 will be held at Karen Rolton Oval from 6:00 pm Wednesday August the 28th 2024 with the meeting opening at 6:30pm.
Elections for office bearers up for election will be held and 2023/24 season reports presented.
There will be 3 vacancies on the Board with retiring members, Secretary John Rolfe, Treasurer Neale Clarke and Board member Graham Wood all re-nominating for these positions. Should anyone wish to nominate for any of these positions, please complete the attached nomination form and submit to the Returning Officer Malcolm Green at malcolm.green8@outlook.com by 5pm Monday 5th August 2024.
Food from our sponsors will be provided and the bar will be open for the purchase of refreshments.
Catch up with your mates and get set for the upcoming season.
The Agenda and Minutes of last year's meeting, along with the Financial Statements will be sent out on 7th August.

Date: September 3rd 2025 Venue: Karen Rolton Oval Time: 6:30 for 7:00 The Board will be providing pizzas from our sponsor Marcellina's. As such, we will need RSVP by 1 September for catering purposes. We have 7 vacancies on the board by rotation. If you wish to nominate for the Board, please complete the attached form and return to Malcolm Green, who has agreed to be our returning officer by 27th August. The agenda is still being finalised but will be distributed when completed.
